🛠️ Scope of Activities:
-Intense mirror blasting process.
-Insulation of exchanger tubes for coating application.
-Application of Maxmetal 5111 coating.
-Application of Maxceramic 1612 reinforcement.
✅Solution:
Careful preparation of the surface to receive the machinable metal-reinforced polymer MAX 5111. And application of the ceramic-reinforced coating specially developed for extreme corrosion, MAX 1612.
✅✅ Conclusions:
Use degreaser to remove any impurities or contaminants, then started applying Maxmetal polymer to recover the posterior joint plane the application of liquid Maxceramic polymer to recover the remainder of the entire area mirror. After pre-curing, we remove all inserted corks, allowing the equipment to be used at its full capacity.
